Exchange Policy
Any exchanges or withdrawals have a period of 7 calendar days to be carried out, according to the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.
Occurrences involving exchange or return must be communicated to NCC by email: [email protected] with the subject: EXCHANGE within 7 calendar days after the product is delivered with order data, name and telephone number. NCC has a period of up to 5 working days to inform the return procedures.
Our products undergo a careful quality check before being shipped. However, if you notice a problem when you receive your product, please contact us by email with the photo of the defect on the product so that we can exchange it as soon as possible.
If the purchased part is no longer available in stock, you can choose another item of equal value or refund the value of the product.
The freight for exchanges due to defects in the parts will be borne by NCC.
Shipping costs for exchanges due to dissatisfaction with size, regret or withdrawal will be borne by the customer.
